I'm not sure if it's just us, but I've always seen the numbers much lower than they should be. For instance, dungeoneering has the least 99s in my clan despite being the easiest and even having more maxed members than people with 99 dung.

It only counts 120 Dungeoneering as maxed, not 99 (despite max cape requiring 99 DG).
