Not personally, but some of my clan members reported this issue to me. I have also seen a few forum posts about this, so I don't think it's an isolated issue.

I'd submit a bug report.

Yeah, Jagex are aware of the issue, hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

I reported the bug. Its been going on for weeks now but so far no fix. Maybe tomorrow?

In "Sub Rosa" nobody is able to claim WC/FM bxp, members did submit a load of bugreports but nobody at Jagex seems to care.

Why is this taking more than 10 weeks?
