Flag A Concern
The purpose of this thread is to allow Clan Leaders the ability to highlight issues directly to the RuneScape 3 Community Management team. The posts on this thread will be automatically hidden allowing only J Mods to see them, meaning Clan Leaders can flag issues privately.
What you should post for:
You can post on the thread for the below reasons.

Significant issues with other Clans:
e.g: Other clans joining your clan chat and spamming
(make sure to report ingame)

Issues relating to the Clan Leader Forums:
e.g: Offensive posts/threads/fighting
What you shouldn’t post for:
You shouldn’t post on the thread for the issues below.

Reporting minor internal Clan issues:
e.g: Politics/Arguments

Reporting minor inter-Clan issues:
e.g: Arguments/Grudges/Petty Behaviour
✘
Time sensitive emergencies:
e.g: account security/player safety concerns

Reporting bugs and glitches:
e.g: Ingame or Forum bugs and glitches
(reporting these Ingame using the reporting tool)
Reporting issues in the Clan Leader Forum:
To report a thread/post in the Clan Leader Forums make a post on this thread using the below template:

Where an issue has been reported it will be investigated and any moderation needed will be taken.
Reporting Outcome:
Issues may not always be responded to, but where a response can be given they will be responded to either via the Ingame inbox of the account used to post the concern or by a post on this thread.
