I found out that today i was no longer able to change the positions of the jobs on the upgrade list.
when i try to do so i get a message saying: ''Your rank may not currently make alterations to this list''
i already asked my clan owner if he made any changes with the deputy owner ranks permissions and he didn't.
he also tried changing some of the permissions for the citadel so that i would be allowed to do upgrades and downgrades and even the clan system says that he made some changes to the settings and enable it. But it gets disabled immediately < so something is going wrong here
