Getting into citadel

For quite some time I've found it hard to get into the cit. I click on the portal & the screen goes black with a message to please wait...loading. It never loads. I have to log out & back in & it usually works on 2nd or 3rd attempt. Other clannies have experienced this too. One of my overseers has not been able to get in at all for over 2 months. The clan is missing out on his help & he's missing out on his buff.

We've all reported the issue. Is anything being done about this?

I'm just asking, you said reported.. are you saying you sent in a bug report? Make sure each person involved with having issues reports this. A few of us had this issue a year or so ago
and it went away on its on. I mean they could have fixed something idk. But one day we
could all just log in again. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Hey,

It’s been reported by other Clan Leaders in the Clan Leader Discord as well. Sadly it has been an issue for a while.

A few months ago I started experiencing the issue as well - there are some fixes/workarounds

1) Go into the citadel on Mobile
2) Try a different world
3) Use the other clan portal (if using priff use Falador/ vice versa)
4) Change to a language server and use one of those worlds.

The best thing that can be done as stated by LadyoLake is to have each person experiencing it to report it. It gives lots of information to Jagex and they can load up the account and try it to see if they can recreate it in order for them to fix it.
