Some ideas for you:
* Prizes for most xp gained - You could show the top 3 in each skill. Possibly award them with a forum banner if you have a private forums or gp incentive
* Portables at citadel - Brings the clan together for training
* Social skilling - Again, brings the clan together
* Discord events - Keep eachother entertained whilst doing the grind!

In our clan, we hold Skilling competitions for X amount of top XP Gainers.

On Saturday we hold Karaoke contests for fun at 20:00 - whenever usually ( 3:00) in discord while grinding out XP.

I love double xp weekends, our clan chat is always busy, and everyone chatting while grinding, everyone is generally in a good mood by the XP count down

Then everyone is HYPEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

We do:

- xp competitions in all skills - rewards are clan points
- We will have a 'clan bank' at our homeworld and normally we will host portables there.
- Probably also more people on Discord Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

We do skilling competitions usually in groups so that lower levels can be rewarded as well. We also do a portables event for the weekend at clan camp which is amazing We have a great time skilling with other clans that gather there and our clan chat is a real buzz over the whole weekend. And we also make sure to do capping events to make the most of our lovely citadel during the weekend too! Hope you all have as much fun as we do!
