As we're heading quickly into future, both in hindsight and foresight, what updates would the clanning community like next? Clan:

Fixing the state of PvP and minigames and overall redesigning multiplayer content throughout the game. Given the decline of RS3s playerbase undoubtly being harmful for clans, I'd also see it as important to bring the F2P game up to 2019s gaming standards to get more new players into the game. Half of the content being dead and half of the worlds having a minimal amount of players is not a great advertisement for any game. When the game does well and there's enough active multiplayer content in different areas of the game (pvp, skilling, pvm, misc) for different (yet large) level brackets, then clans could play a much bigger role other than being a social community.

I think what I figured out I want to see:

1) An in-game method for tracking the top clans per each mini-game that exist in-game. With yearly brackets pitting the top 6 teams/clans against each other with rewards being something buyable from the GE, but worth the effort and relation to that specific mini-game/skills used.

I think such a thing would really revive mini-games and clans much further in one swift move. Potentially replaces/enhances "Clan Cup" and can be automated by the game itself.

2) For clans that use XP as a basis for ranking, allow us to input specific numbers of XP per rank and allow the game to Auto-rank our clan members for us when they hit a certain amount of CLAN XP. - Toggleable PER RANK. As perhaps some clans, like my own, use more than just XP data after certain ranks, such as involvement and game presence.

Adding a clan hiscore isn't going to revive minigames though. Take a look at Fist of Guthix for example. Extremely popular in 2008-2011 with meaningful competition, rewards and hiscores. Then b00m, in 2011 Jagex removed 70% of the top 1000 players from the hiscores. Early 2012, the largest token sink (rc gloves) was devalued due to the addition of runespan. Late 2012, EOC came out which was fastly unpopular for PvP and didn't work well with the FoG mechanics. Even in 2019, you can literally keep running around the houses without the opponent being able to hit you a single time, despite their abilities actually activating.

Automated hiscores for clans don't necessarily work well either. For example, rated Clan Wars hiscores are completely irrelevant, of the top 20 in both F2P and P2P there are only a few clans that could actually count as competition in a Clan Cup. Ofcourse that's partly due to RCW being completely inferior to actual Clan Wars, and Jagex not knowing what standard warring rules are. Hiscores should only exist for meaningful and actually competitive activities, and most minigames simply don't qualify for that in their current state.

I'd like a friendly dueling area and dummies area in clan citadel. BUT has to be made without that stupid barge/surge/escape prevention that duel arena has because a) melee needs the barge and b) surge/escape are part of dueling.

also would be nice to get apossibility to arrange clan tournaments there, like make some sort of who is against who next system and then ability to put a gp reward for winner/wins to motivate clanpeople to participate.

I've re-read it, and it still looks like a hiscores table with extra steps. How else do you want to track "top clans" and how will clans know where they stand in the rankings without it being visible in a hiscore?

There's no hiscore table, just internal game tracking to list the 6 top participating clans come time for the bracket to be initiated. If I recall the idea correctly this instant. I kinda forgot what was happening here. LOL. I'll revisit later and refresh maybe, but there's definitely no intention of ranking all clans.
