In the upcoming GameJam, one of the things they will be focusing on is cleaning up some areas of the game. Back in 2014 the clan camp got re-worked into its current state, which didn't have the most positive response from us in the CLF at the time. I personally feel it's time for a clean-up and refresh of the clan camp.
I've done a crude mock-up of how I would personally go about it.

Ignore the green and grey, that's things that have been moved and/or deleted (most notably the meeting tent)
The black lines are the outline of a path, with the blue circle where the 3 paths meet being a giant vex, like the one in burth
the red square north of the giant vex is the noticeboard
north of that, the blue hexagon is the citadel portal.
to the right of those, the 2 cream hexagons are the tents for the scribe, captain of the guard and serg at arms
the bank chest would be moved very slightly northeast, the purple line behind it is a wall of some sort
the pink hexagon is a bonfire where people can train fm/cook
the orange dots are vex stands
I would also move the clan cup boss statues to outside the entrances or their respective bosses, where they will be seen more by players.
and the giant acorn I would move to under an oak tree in Falador (and dedicate said oak tree to mod maz)
I'm unsure where I'd put the golden gnome that resides in the clan camp. perhaps on a table in one of the tents
the spare land to the northeast, southeast and southwest i'd turn back into forrest.
I think making it smaller like this, would give it more of a camp feel, and clean it up (which is what they're planning to do with some areas at gamejam)
