Citadels need necromancy

This is a very rough early thought in action...

Citadels are at the TOP of runescape.... the city of UM is below.

Clan members die- so we have plenty of reason to channel our 'deaths' into the citadel.

Clan members want new skills in the citadel - Necromancy is supposed to be adding new stuff to all aspects of the game.

Necromancy makes sense with how avatars gather and channel us buffs. 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.
Working on 200m Divination atm. PM for effigies assists, and for tips when skilling. World 70.

personally think there needs to be another large scale update to citadels, not just add new skills or reworking the rates.
