I was curious to know this for a while.

When you place your clan vexillum, (sometimes there's fireworks or something like that coming out from top of it).

Now my question is, how do you get your clan vexillum to do that, what are the requirements.

I believe this is when you have a tier 7 citadel. You have found Nemo!

As said above it is a Tier 7 feature. An admin+ rank can activate it by speaking to the Quartermaster in citadel about it. Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

You can turn this on or off at the Citadel Quartermaster too.
