Data management is the major thing I keep my eye on in the community so I can pass down data to my Owners who then pass it down to the Admins under them.
I'm oddly passionate about statistics like this.
We keep written data for all 3 Clans every week in different categories which includes the following:
Citadel

. Visitor count
. Individual resource amounts gathered
. How many Avatars fully Capped
. Total resources gathered
. The average amount of Caps from the total resources
. The percent of people who visit that also Capped
. The percent of people who Cap from the Clans overall P2P amount
. Favourite resource
Events
=====
. How many Events were hosted
. Who hosted what Event
. Who attended what Event
. List of all Events planned for the week
Recruiting
=======
. How many P2P were Recruited that day/ week/ month
. How many people left the Clan
. The Clan size at end of week
. How many P2P and F2P members
. P2P/ F2P percentages against the Clan size
. How many inactive F2P were removed to make room for active P2P
. Who changed their name (so we don't mix up with new recruits)
Ranking

. Spreadsheets of every members Rank progress
. Sheets of ex-clan members data incase they ever come back
. How many members Ranked up that week
. How many members were demoted due to becoming F2P that week
. The overall Rank diversity of the Clan
Media

. How many new sign ups to our website/ Facebook page/ group
. How many new Likes & follows on Facebook, etc
. How many new posts on our website
. How many member goals (99s, 120's, x millions of XP, etc)
We run all these numbers against previous months and previous years data to see how we're managing things and what we need to change.
