I am looking to gather demographics on how clans recruit and how effective certain recruitment methods are, if you have a few minutes could you fill out my survey.

I will be entering every clan who fills it out in to a draw for a bond to use however they want, whether that be to keep for themselves or give away to their members.

Doesn't seem like a very accurate survey as you don't take into consideration what type of clan is recruiting (matters alot whether you're a PvM clan, social clan, PvP clan, skilling clan, hlf clan etc), plus you didn't define effectiveness . I think we've all dealt with members who join and go missing after a week, which is my experience with recruits from RSOF and ingame. You could probably get the most recruits from there looking at sheer numbers, but also the lowest quality.

I want to add one more thing: Let friends recruit the friends. Every clan has the top recruiter or a few of them who are eager to bring people who fit and who will stay. I'm blessed with helpful co-leaders and clannys who bring people to teams and Teamspeak. Part of them feel like joining sooner or later or they stick around to be part of the community, even if they are loyal to their own clans - it's all good.

People who like to chat with us, team and teach doesn't need to be official members. It still benefits both sides when their time and effort brings good rewards to them and supports the teams we host.

Part of the clan is more into their own achievements and skilling but it seems to be that they do enjoy the open door to other activities and like to see congratulations and read useful information about game news, vis wax code, merchants, etc.
