Hi,

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you, but unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about it. :(

The only possible ways for you to reclaim your Clan Owner rank are for the current Clan Owner to have not logged in within the last 12 months and post a request on the Inactive Clan Leaders thread for a transfer from a Jmod, or have the current Clan Owner transfer the position to you by demoting him/herself to a lower rank. I'm afraid the latter is the only option you currently have.

The fact that the person who clan ownership transferred to is not willing to give it back to you should say a lot about their character, and you're really in a tricky situation because of that. I can't imagine accidentally losing ownership of my clan and being faced with your scenario.

You need to have, not just you,
everyone
in your clan urge that person to give the rank back to the person who is supposed to have it. Maybe hearing it from a large group would help.

As a clan leader, with the responsibility I have to so many people, I'm so shocked & baffled, by how you could perform such a careless action, that I genuinely want to know how you managed to do that.

Like I'm actually really shocked that any clan owner could successfully & unintentionally perform this action if their clan is as important to them as you are saying.

I sympathise if it was a freak set of circumstances, but I am unable to empathise in any way without knowing how this happened.

I find this completely shocking.

Why are you trying to rub salt into his wound and give him a lecture at the same time when Sicariu has already given the best advice? And you accuse me of that behaviour wow . He said not to ask so leave the poor dude alone.

I have just assisted someone else with a similar case of this mistake and suggested to separate fc's or group chat away from cc chat on their GUI to prevent future mix ups.

A suggestion idea from Clan Leader Discord was to have a PIN prompt to authorize leaving or to continue to push the Clan Leave - Only in Clan Camp thread.

I hope you're able to get your clan back dude. If all else fails and you need a new home, you're more than welcome to join mine and we can have a chat.

Hi,

I think Sicariu gave u good advice. Maybe u can also post in the "Flag A Concern" Thread! but I do not think they will transfer ownership cause they probably see this as an 'inter-clan' related issue and for security reasons and stuff Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

It doesn't matter what happened. Do you know how many confirmations you have to go through for these changes to occur? I seriously doubt this was an accident. What's done is done and it is most likely that Jagex will not get involved in the issue between you and your new clan leader.

I am sorry that this happened to you, and wish you the best of luck in a speedy resolution, whatever form that may take.

My Deputy Owners, and the way i made them.. by demoting all but My Alt (to make sure If something freaky were to happen) makes one mistake ok. But I chose my deputy owners because they think like me. And I tell them when I am not on, in a way you are me.

If any one of my deputy owners found themselves to be owner, i think they would say oh god no here lady take it back.

I might be wrong, but every deputy owner i have i have spoken to on discord, teamspeak and i have email and telephone contact with all but 1. The 1 is my best friend and would not stab me in the back.

Once when i had a fit of depression, i begged everyone of them to please take owner over.
The answer was.... Lady, take a break we got this but the Clan is yours.

I wish you luck my friend, but i said all this for a simple truth .....

You should choose deputy owners for having standards that you uphold. And therefore, they would not do anything like this. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
