Hi there

just heard from a couple of clannies that they have seen than an update is planned for Jan 2016 where clan admins will be able to track/recall avatars. I haven't seen anything as specific as that on this forum but I could have missed it. Wondered if anyone else had heard this or had any further info and whether Matthe could confirm/deny pls?

During the Developer Q&A stream earlier today, Mod Kelpie did mention something about it in response to a question about 2016's clan-focused updates. That may have been where the discussion was coming from. :)

Unfortunately I was listening in the background while hurrying to get ready for class, so I don't think I can remember any specific details if he mentioned any.

Mod Kelpie said there are a number of things for clans that are awaiting QA and will be released come 2016. He did NOT say January.

I don't trust any clan updates to come out. What worries me even more is when a clan update pops in out of the blue - because often times that's without any input and can seriously mess everything up.
Whilst I know we've suggested this sort of thing I could still see it somehow being screwed up without any of our knowledge of it being released. MrBrokenBow - Former Leader and Founder of

We did say we had a number of updates awaiting QA that we specifically were not mentioning until such a point as we knew they would be coming out. I believe this specific effort has been developed by Mod Maz based on the previous lengthy discussions on the CLF around the issue.

Thank you for the info :D Really crossing my fingers that we will be able to control which admin ranks have recall permission (have given 99% of active players admin so they can access the avatars & really do not want the chaos of rogue recalls :p )

But this one would be a very much needed and appreciated update.

I love the initiative, Maz! Goes into top 10 updates I have heard about this year. They need to provide more TAPP time, because seriously, those projects seem to produce some nice quality content. Tell the managers to make it every Thursday instead of bi weekly!
