A clannie had asked this and I couldn't find the answer anywhere. I don't see why it wouldn't work but if anyone knows or can confirm if you can get clues from using this perk in the citadel I would appreciate it.

I am going to say no, only because the citadel has a totally different code then the rest of runescape , but who knows i can be wrong , and ya not finding nothing either so maybe someone else or even a mod will answer for you.

Each Perk has to be manually plugged in to the clan code.

I plugged in Refined, and that's the only Perk that'll work there at the moment.
