for some reason the cit is dilapidated my clans 2 avatars have disappeared . we were fine I checked upkeep and everything then today I entered the cit . the place was a wreck and both avatars were gone . along with the avatar. I don't know what's wrong could it be a glitch? someone said something about the update causing issues . I am really particular when it comes to my citadel and I always check it time after time . so its got me peeved of because there's no avatars for dxp !

Ouch

The Avatars disappear during a period of dilapidation, so unfortunately you won't see them until the next build tick, assuming your clan meets upkeep.

Are you sure your clan was on track for meeting upkeep the last time you checked it before the build tick? ~ Sicariu

yes I am very particular I never ever go offline without checking it over and over again . I've been doing this almost 4 years and there's never been this issue not even when cits been dilapidated before. both the avatars and the habitat are gone! =/

I will get avatars back with or without jagex's help can't wait for people to fix these issues for me . last time my clans avatars glitched out 24 hrs I got them out of clan
instead the disappeared apoun leaving the citadel. I don't have the faintest idea what could be happening . I just wish a j mod or a forum mod would give me a answer

If your citadel is in state of dilapidation then you must gather upkeep + what u missed for upkeep last week I believe, after that everything returns I think Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

There is no glitch or bug we are aware of.

You would need to report a bug in game if you believe one occurred, but it is more likely that upkeep was missed in someway. Mod MattHe | Former Community Manager, now in Events & occasional Lore Monkey
