Problem with Citadel

Something is wrong with Citadel function. I can walk through walls, the map is wonky, I can't tele, capping info is missing, avatar habitat is missing, says I capped but it should be reset, etc.

Jagex has been aware of it for quite some time already. But there's another thread right next to yours on CLF about this.
