Anyone else experiencing dilapidation of citadel since yesterday's updates? Ours reset earlier today and now we have no access to avatars and its dilapidated. We had over 80 visitors last week and we almost certainly hit our upkeeps as we do each week. When I capped yesterday all upkeep resources were at 100% so I'm confused why its displaying us as dilapidated and not allowing us to access Avatars.
I also noticed one of our clan members got their clan xp reset to 0 due to the clan highscores update yesterday, but it was restored when he logged in. Wondering if this had anything to do with citadel glitching out or if it was another update.
Anyways, currently we are without avatars, I would like to ask Jagex to please investigate this issue and restore our citadel so we can use the features we've earned and maintained. Is anyone else experiencing this if your citadel reset since yesterday's update?

Thank you for your reply, I know they did update clan highscores on Monday. Just trying to figure out what the heck happened with our citadel now

Day 3 of no avatars. Can we please get some assistance or at least a reply from Jagex?
We do not store past data for Clans, all that is stored is your "current state". As such we cannot see whether you did or did not meet your requirements.
This one has taken a bit of an investigation - the Clan modules had to be restarted recently and it is conceivable that your build tick occurred during that restart in such a way as left you effectively failing to meet your requirements. While we apologise if that is what happened unfortunately we are unable to change that state - any attempt to do so would require extremely high risk editing of your live clan data, potentially removing your clan altogether. That is something we cannot do therefore.

Thank you for the information, I will pass this along to our clanmates. I do have to state that I think this is hugely unfair and has cost us a full week of avatar buffs (and days of headaches) despite the fact that we met upkeeps last week and every week previously. But I thank you for your reply and the information provided.
Just for the record we're already at 100% upkeep for this current week, so as long as our citadel is restored on the next build tick this problem should resolve itself. However, if for some reason we lose our tier 7 after this next reset we will have to insist upon Jagex's assistance in resolving our citadel issue because we have already been punished enough with the lack of avatars for a full week due to a mistake that was no fault of ours.

Maybe they can give u a one or two weeks double avatar boost to compensate. Which would be a good idea imo. But that is up to Jagex

That is quite frightening
Perhaps we shouldn't be trying to fix the citadel spaghetti code, but rewriting it from scratch & getting it right?
Just an update, our citadel did go back to normal earlier this week. We have our Avatars, statues, fountains, and dragon back to normal. I suppose last week our tick happened about the same time as the clan highscores update. Thanks for the insight Matthe! I'm not entirely sure how this can be avoided in the future, but at least no permanent harm came from it this time.

Though this was a very pleasurable week of having our T7 Citadel back. The caused damage of the building tick during the restart of your clan module back on the 14th appears to have left some leftover damage to our live clan data. Now we're back at square one - though I'm 100.00% sure we met the upkeep halfway through the upkeep.
Could this be looked into urgently. This will be the second (nearly consecutive) week of us being affected by a glitch that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
