One of my Members, have capped every week and they are only showing 1 fealty they had 3 before they visited the citadel, at the reset tick which was Yesterday, now when they capped it went from 3, down to 1 star to show only 1 fealty.

I've advised him to report as a bug, anyone else experiencing this?
