Runeclan fix plox

Hey,

For several days Runeclan seems to not be working or not working good. This has to do with an issue that Jagex can not handle all the API requests or something like that.

I have seen a promise from Mod Shauny on Twitter that Jagex is going to look into that. Starting Monday. I hope Jagex will figure it out soon as my clan and I think lots of clans use Runeclan for their data/competions.
