All the guides, etc. specify that this engram is to be found in the lobby of the Fist of Guthix on a shelf. However, these seem to have been written before the game was moved to Gamers Grotto. Neither the maps nor the screenshot look even remotely like the current lobby of the Fist of Guthix. Where can this engram now be found?

I found it in the waiting room on the shelf, but it's just like the engram Sword of Edicts in the wilderness, it only lets me 'examine' and won't let me pick it up. Has anyone else been able to grab this one? These seem to be the only ones I've had problems with so far. Is it a bug, or am I lacking the levels to pick these up? Any helpful suggestions?
