Hi all,

I'm currently 147 Shifting Tombs dry for Soul Talisman and I just want to Runecraft. Are there any requirements other than the quests to get Soul Talisman as a drop from Sarcophagi?

I have 86 Runecrafting, do I need 90? I am running on tier 2/3 Shifting Tombs, does this need to be tier 3 for Soul Talisman?

I'm guessing its just luck but any advice would be great!
