If you think you have found a bug in the game, please send in a Bug Report. That is the best way to let Jagex know there is a problem so that they can get it fixed.
If you are wanting to suggest an improvement to current game content, that is more appropriately placed in the
Existing Game Content Forum
, being sure to explain what the issue is with more detail than you have given here.
Threatening to spam/bump a thread everyday until you get your way is not going to get the changes you want to see in the game any faster and is not nearly as effective as just calmly and clearly explaining what the issue is.
