Unable to solo Trouble Brewing

Any1 know ahtsup, I heard after july 15h update its possible to start solo encounter on The designated world which is 104. When you start via the Minigame interface ingame it tells u to go to world 24 since its the official world.
Is the solo trouble brewing bugged or Am I doing something wrong?
