Rush of Blood Wiki says:
This is a safe Distraction and Diversion.
If you die, you will not lose any of your items.
But that is not 100% unambiguous.
In another wiki, "Safe" Deaths in Hardcore Mode, it says, "Deaths will not remove a player's Hardcore status if they are counted as "safe death" in the regular game. In general, if the player would keep all of their items as a non-hardcore account, the death is safe for hardcore ironmen."
Putting these two things together strongly suggests that death in Rush of Blood should be safe for HCIM. But I'm very uncomfortable doing the experiment just in case.
Can anyone confirm with certainty that death is safe for HCIM in Rush of Blood please?
