Premier vault loading screen

Hi,

Today when I entered the premier vault I got a loading screen for multiple minutes, and it wouldn't go away, so I closed my client en restarted. So again I tried to enter the vault but then it said I already entered the vault this month, which I didn't. I haven't seen the vault from the inside, so how is this possible?

Pretty silly if you ask me, especially if its 1 minutes each month.
