Please remove Spellbook Swapping and just have all the spells available divided into Spellbook tabs.

As a replacement Magic Skillcape perk, can it be swapped to be the Relic Passive Abyssal Link? With an Active to Teleport to the Magic Guild and/or Wizards Tower?
