On f2p worlds in the mining guild, there's regularly been over 50 lvl 3 bots gathered on the first runite rock closest to the guild ladder entrance/exit.
I've tried to report as many as I can but it's tiring. Is there anything Jagex can do to combat this? It seems likes it's been even worse in the past week.
reporting just a few is enough you dont need to report every single one.
the report system also works as a heat map. so the more reports they more they know a bot farm is the area. this means you dont need to report them all. as it will show many are there already.
also bare in mind not all bots will be banned asap when they get found out they get banned in bulk at a similar time.
Huge problem for a long time, i've noticed the bots get from 60-72 mining before they are banned, generally 10 hours. Not to mention them leveling to 60 just west of the Varrock lodestone at the Iron ore.
I feel as if this needs to be done sooner, knowing how much of a hot spot this is. The amount these farms can mine in this period is ridiculous.
I just got back into runescape after years, and that's honestly the most bots I've ever seen and not even hiding it. World 34 mining guild, behind the Luminite rock is about 30 to 50 bots and more keep streaming in. Does Jagex just not handle or care about them anymore?
I have been watching these "bots" in the mining guild for 7 months. Theres about 1000 accounts, which 100 of theses accounts are logged in at one time on multiple worlds. I would like to call them sheeple.
the sheeple log in for about 8 hours a day, which looks like about 120k-240k ores a day.
all that work for 200M/day and crash market, instead of one account making 100M /day at 120 arch spot.
whoever you are i hope u read this!
just do arch instead of sheeple the market
