Due to the Earhart penguin pet looking almost exactly like the casket giving agent penguins, add a toggle so other people's penguin pets at all agent penguin spawn pre-determined locations appear as the base pet under the override.

Examining the other player's pet at these locations still shows the cosmetic override message in chatbox. At all other locations, penguin pets appear as normal. When this is toggled off, you'll see penguin pet overrides at these locations.

I hate seeing players with earharts overriding their pet and I think it's a penguin agent spawning but it's just their pet. This will solve this issue.
