Hello, I am a Hardcore Ironman.

I've had 0 luck with a new POF chinchompa. I've hunted over 6,000 cobalt skillchompas without any luck with a POF chinchompa. Am I doing something wrong? I had previously gotten two males last year but I stopped playing and now I'm back and this is happening. Should I keep hunting or is there a reason that I am not getting the POF chinchompa?
