It's been 3 years since this item was released, did jagex forget about it completely? When are we getting an actual use for this item so it doesn't need to waste a bank space? Was there no event during the last 3 years where his help could have changed what occured? He would have had some use during the legacy of zamorak storyline.

According to the Wiki:

"Despite its destroy text, it can be reclaimed for free from Dr Nabanik."

So free up you bank space by 1.

im going to assume necromancy.

maybe be used to make a relic that will buff necromancy in some way.

I was also about to guess that it would probably see some use for when Necromancy drops.
