Harass, but the typo has been changed to Harry.
Whether this is some back-end lore joke, or the Mod who designed the quest wanted to insert a name into the text. It breaks the lore and kills emersion when reading.
Not a huge error and most definitely not game breaking, but for those players out there which enjoy reading the stories and the lore, its a bit shit.
