Ok? 120 capes have been around for a while now and like I said they're virtual and have no effect on anything so keeping them at 99 unless they're an actual 120 is fine
If they're muted that seems like a personal issue so if they want people to see their levels they can turn their hidden option off if they want

Your disagreement is toothless, there's nothing wrong with my suggestion.
There's no negative or bad element to what I'm suggesting.
