Specifically the combat encounters. The requirement is FAR too high to pass the event.
tier 75 combat equipment isn't enough to even come close to a passing score, be it on a heavily populated world or a barely populated world. Meanwhile the dude with half an hour worth of experience in divination has no problem during that event...

Every skilling combat event can be completed from a low level, it makes absolutely no sense, at all, that the only possible competitors for the events are people capable of taking down end game bosses...

Now notice that the vast majority of people, who will disagree with me, are already capable of completing the events...
