I see there's a method that players can use to trade inverted cape tokens even though they were made untradeable on February 6. This shouldn't still be possible and sounds like a bug that needs to be fixed. If jagex intended all inverted cape tokens to be untradeable after this date, then they need to fix the bug/exploit that lets players still trade it to each other long after they were officially made untradeable. Players shouldn't be allowed to sell their capes if they missed the opportunity to do so in the time period that we were given to sell them. Wiki says they're untradeable so make them fully untradeable. Do this until more sources of inverted cape tokens comes out in future content. The ideal rerelease of inverted capes is to reward the tokens at a rare rate for training in that skill after 99/120 so they don't cost unreasonable billions.
