Maybe have it glow orange when you're suppose to use it for Example during Zuk during his Insta kill mechanic you can have the button light up to let players know now is the time to use it, in Vorkath when he flies up sometimes I forget to click the button because it just blends in with the terrain and then I die instantly it would help if it glowed a bright Orange or maybe Blue.

If you have a problem with a button blending in with the terrain, you probably will still have that problem if only the color is changed.

I think audio effects will be better than visual adjustments.
