Can jagex add the ability to use divination to convert onyx bolt tips and incandescent energy into an uncut onyx via transmutation?

Or at least let players use energy and divination rto turn onyx bolt tips into onyx dust. I have tons of spare bolt tips from slayer, but hardly any dust.

I have no use for onyx bolt tips, but I need onyx gems.

i dont agree with turning them back to full onyx but i dont see as much wrong with grinding them down to dust. however i think it would have to be less dust then whats needed to make an onyx. pssst....we know who you are. Hail Sithis!
