Surveys have been conducted in-game for quite some time, as have email-based polling with questionaires containing Likert scale (1-5, less favor to more favor, respectively), multiple-choice, and open-ended questions, but I would like to see a noticeable advertisement on the lobby splash-screen and in-game chat that allows the players who never or seldomly visit the forums to have a quick option to voice their interest in an extended collection of forum posts, but in a player power poll's hassle-free format: a reply as a number, representing less-favorable, indifference, or favorable.
With that being said, I would like to propose an extended player poll of recent forum additions in order to judge player interest in new forum suggestions of features, improvements to existing features, and perhaps as a way to engage more players with the forums in the future.
