I mean, she (along with Max too, for that matter) still don't have their max cape equipped, meaning they still don't even have 99 Necromacy (and as you may know, the combat level only begins increasing from level 100 Necromancy up if you already have 99 in the other combat skills).

Although I agree that it may be time to give them their max cape back now (especially for Max, since he is of course no-lifing day and night) and, as you suggested - increasing their combat level to 152.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
