I've honestly been starting to become very exhausted with my attempts at acquiring the Soul Dive and Soul Surge Ability Override Scrolls and the Ensouled Pumpkin Mask that attending every single Pumpkin Party or squishing Smashing Pumpkins that randomly appear while performing some kind of skill and looking at chat for the hopes of acquiring at least one of these and turning up without them has left me feeling absolutely jaded and annoyed, and these are meant to be just fun little things to show off and have fun with!

There needs to be an adjustment in how these are being dropped, to something at the level of rare or something that is actually reasonable, or perhaps put in a Bad Luck Mitigation measure for things like these to make it feel less like I'm trying too hard just to end up empty handed with the things I've spent practically every hour in trying to obtain and feel more exciting again!

Agreed, bad luck mitigation where you get improved drop rate after not getting it for a lot of pumpkins makes sense. I'd like the ensouled pumpkin mask myself but I've done 1056 pumpkins and still haven't received it. If jagex wants to add holiday tradeable items that have an actual in game use like the ensouled, make it far more common and accessible.
