"The Thieving cape's perk automatically notes all Thieving loot from pickpocketing."

But it doesn't note anything from vegetable stalls, and sometimes doesn't note items from bakery stalls. Can we buff the cape's perk so that it actually notes all thieving loot? I know this isn't pickpocketing but the cape hasn't been updated for the last 3 years. It's time it gets buffed.
