Can my character HP bar graphically stand out against the adjacent mob hp bars?

This is primarily an issue when i am surrounded in multi combat with several HP bars and have to sort out which is which.

I think ultimately, the adrenaline bar + souls (using necro) helps me find my hp bar, but i believe my characters health should be uniquely identifiable at a glance, whether it is larger, or colored differently.
