Add Obelisks to the world map

Let's add wilderness obelisk icons to the map, along with a toggle that filters them if desired.

Currently, you can only see 4 microscopic dots that represent their location. 0 help. Quite literally, ZERO help.

yeah worldmap icons would be great

also giving them names to target them better, not just "the obelisk in level ... wilderness" - with the flash event teleport items, when deciding, hey I want to go into wildy close to e.g. aby demons, then I open my teleport item menu and all it offers me is pick an obelisk in a certain wildy level, but doesn't tell me what's nearby that one - sorry but I have not memorized all their locations and yes I know, one of the obelisks is close to aby demons, but no clue if that's level 13 or 18 or whatever
