This is a wilderness content idea, in which you must receive protection from Saradomin, Zamarak and Guthix Gods by completing rituals for each God to be able be to protected in the wilderness from other players attacking you.

This idea is simple, after receiving “ The protection of the Gods ” protection spell, you are able to enter the wilderness without being attacked by players, however, if you attack any player, this protection spell ceases to protect you.

Furthermore, you may attack any monsters, doing PvM without losing your protection, although, the level of the monster will determine the drain percentage of your protection spell.

This should be a daily type of a D&D event and not unlimited. If you choose to skill in the wilderness there should be a higher time limit to be able to train in the wilderness (Mining, woodcutting, agility and fishing etc.)

While under the protection of the Gods, you are not able to die by another player unless you attack another player within the wilderness or doing PvM or if your protection time runs out. (Make sure to have auto retaliate off)

If you choose to do PvM, you are able to take damage and die, however, once the protection of the Gods spell wears off by being drained by doing PvM, you are able to be attacked by any player in the wilderness.

The rituals can be a daily task list, that involve herbs and other items being used to perform the rituals at different hot spots around Runescape. As these Gods do not exist anymore, the rituals will be a form of ancient unknown power that releases onto you, called the protection of the Gods.

Certain levels of herblore, magic, prayer and combat level etc. should be a requirement to be able to get the protection of the Gods active and be able to do these certain things in the wilderness without being attacked by other players.

An example for skilling only, the timer could be in the 1 hour to 3 hour time frame, for PvM could be 25 minutes to 45 minutes (depending on the monsters' level). These timers should be displayed as well as the drain bar level of the protection spell.

Once the protection spell is active a sphere will appear around you, this is the protection spells' cosmetic appearance.

If this is too over powered, there could be a health meter on the protection spell that any player can attack the protection spell to try to break it, to attack the player, however, the protection spell should be a high amount of hitpoints, such as around 75,000.

This also could be determined by your levels and different amounts of hitpoints for the protection spell at certain levels for the protection, such as lowest level could be 15,000 hitpoints, mid-level 45,000 and high level 75,000 hitpoints

It wouldn't be much a protection from the Gods if it was easily attacked and easily broken. This also gives time to get the player out of the wilderness if the spell is being attacked and you are running to a safe zone.

Don't really see the need for this since you can already disable the ability for other players to attack you for as long as you want while in the Wilderness (thanks to the opt-in/opt-out PvP feature).
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
