Why is legacy interface limited to two ability bars? I feel like whoever put this completely pointless rule in also developed modern interface and wanted people to use it so they made legacy interface incompatible with pvm. It would be cool if I could stick with legacy interface and use 3 bars. this seems like a super easy update that should happen.

Legacy interface is unfortunately underutilized and needs to be improved.
