Add NPC to minigames

This is as it sounds add "bot" type npc's that will play the mini games to make sure there are enough "people" at each minigame. Their levels weapons and armor can scale to be an average of the actual players in the minigame.

Support, would be fun to fight npcs that are using tmw to see if i can damage through their eating in npc filled soul wars.

Jagex was basically saying it's not their job to keep minigames alive. So unless we convince them otherwise, it doesn't seem likely.

Posts like this help the cause, but we need some more firepower to convince them. We need memes. So if anyone knows how to make memes that would be the best way. Not even joking.
