The only thing we seem to know is they're in the game anyone knows where to get them? The level screen says the ingredient is a Greater Flaming Skull to make a Greater Flaming Skull... to make it I must have it and to have it i must make it O~O' my head its about to burst into flames!!!!!!

but seriously any one got any ideas?

I saw some in the streamers reward chest for rituals. Might be obtained from high distractions at t3 rituals. Abandon your Humanity to win. This world is cruel. Do not count on a happy ending in a terrible story. To defeat the mighty enemy and save humanity, you need to abandon your humanity. Anyone who is not ready to take risks, those who are not ready to lose, can never win.
