Since double pirate hooks seem to be the most expensive hand slot item (unless there's a higher value tradeable hand slot item out there), can we improve them by allowing players to use standard dyes and quest (not event or clue dyes) to change the color of double pirate
hooks to these colors?

I'd like a black dyed double pirate hooks to go with third age gear. Dyed double pirate hooks are tradeable just like undyed double pirate hooks. After 5 years of being in game, double pirate hooks need a small improvement such as this.
