Welcome to the Periodic Table of Elements!

I decided to try this experimental forum game because (1) I love chemistry, and (2) I thought it was interesting concept.

HOW TO PLAY?

Basically, we're going make new chemical elements, but the new elements must begin with the corresponding chemical symbol you are changing.

For example:

Player 1: H is for Hippopotamus! (Element #1 Hydrogen)
Player 2: He is for Hector! (Element #2 Helium)
Player 3: Li is for Lingerie! (Element #3 Lithium)
Player 4: Be is for Berries! (Element #4 Beryllium)

And so on ...

Notice how the order DOES matter! We are going in NUMERICAL order based on the atomic number.

There is a full periodic table in the next post, so you don't have the google a periodic table yourself, if you wish.

NOTE:

Sometimes there will be two letters in the chemical symbol, for example Mg. If you can't find a word that begins with those two letters, pick a word that begins with "M," but contains the letter "g," like magnet.

Random Chemistry Facts:

(0) Solid dihippopotamus monoyster (water) is less dense than it liquid state.
(Inspired by Jokku23)

(1) Timber (d)ioyster (titanium dioxide) is a main component to white paint!

(2) Nature Broccolihippopotamus-ide (Sodium Borohydride) and Limit Alcoholhippotamus-ide (Lithium Aluminum hydride) are good reducing agents, turning carbonyls into alcohols.

(3) Vitamin B12 is the only vitamin that contains a transition metal, Coins (Cobalt).
