Overall Rules


1. All Jagex forum rules apply (see Code of Conduct)
2. You may start a round only if you have 20 points (see post 4).
3. The round is over when everyone has made a total of 6 wrong answers, someone guesses the whole answer right, or guesses the last letter right.
4. If the host of the game has not responded to any answers for 24 hours, their round will be paused (see post 7) and someone else who has met the requirements to make a round can make a new one.

Player Rules


1. You may guess up to 3 times per post, but more guesses per post equates to higher chance of failure.
2. You may only make a guess of what the entire word is once per round. If you get it incorrect, you will have to wait for a new round to start.
3. @'s are spaces.
4. You may only guess the whole answer if you have guessed at least 1 letter in the round.
5. You may only post once between each host's updates.
6. Do not ask for hints. You can be assured that the round host will give at least 1 hint in the round.
7. Do not purposely sabotage the round by guessing letters like X, Q, and Z.

Host Rules


1. All words MUST be RuneScape related.
2. If you have to go and are unable to finish your round, please say so, and I will add it to the paused round list.
3. Make sure you get your spelling right, or it'll throw everybody off!
4. Apostrophes shouldn't be included, and hyphens should be counted as @'s.


Example:

O, I, K, and Q are all letter that have been guessed but are incorrect.
Underscores (_) are letters that are yet to be guessed.
R, N, E, S, C, A, and P are all letters that have been guessed, and are part of the answer.

Every time a host starts a round, 1 point will be added to their total.

0 wrong guesses: 6 points
1 wrong guess: 5 points
2 wrong guesses: 4 points
3 wrong guesses: 3 points
4 wrong guesses: 2 points
5 wrong guesses: 1 point

NOTE:
ALL wrong guesses will be counted at the end, not just the winner's wrong guesses.

Any round host may have to, for some reason, go inactive. Their rounds are paused and placed here until they come back. Each round host may only pause 1 round at a time.
